March of the Species
A large section of Amager Fælled, one of Copenhagen's largest green areas has been approved for construction, compromising the life of the species in Fælleden, as well as the well-being of the people nearby and future generations.
I made these portraits of some of the activists fighting for the protection of Amager Fælled, shortly before the March of the Species - a protest march from Fælleden to Copenhagen city hall in the spring of 2021.
Each of them represents an animal or plant at risk, if the construction works continue.
